Butterfly layout

So finally I was able to upload the pictures!!! Yeah, blogger was having some problems....

So here is my double page layout for the Spring Fling Challenge.

This layout was inspired by Chloe of course and Miley Cyrus's Party In The USA song. As soon as we sit in the van Chloe yells out: " Can you put Party In the USA on!!?? " Gosh, if I have to listen to it one more time, lol.... I took this picture of her and the Hannah Montana impersonator in the March Break. ( Note: Chloe thinks this girl looks more like Taylor Swift than Hannah Montana :) )

Easter cards here I create!

The weather has been so awful compare to what we were having here in March Break. Going from 17 Degrees to -2 and snow and rain...it is just not fair! :( So to bring a little cheer I decided to make some Easter cards and I should probably mail out soon...

The Green Challenge....with bling

March break is almost over...yeah... so far we had a great time and we were really so very busy every day. So yes this is why I have not been posting much here lately.... We spent a lot of time outside with the kids, biking, going to local parks, library programs, play dates with friends. I took Chloe to the local mall one day to see a Hanna Montana impersonator :)

Today I was not the happiest since I left my charged camera batteries at home. We went to Bruce's Mill to the Sugar Maple Syrup festival. Awesome! My girl is so smart :) of course she is smart she is my baby....lol I tested her tonight after dinner on what she learned on our trip today. She deserves an A+... She knows all the steps and terms.I asked her what is maple syrup used for and she said popcorn....lol There was a bag of maple flavoured popcorn at the store.... Ken and I had a good laugh.

Spring fling Challenge #2: Use green and bling....hope it is green and blingy enough.

I used the following CTMH Products: Garden Green Cardstock, Sunflower cardstock,Just Blooms paper Flowers Spring Blossoms, Heartfelt Dies Cuts Wonder, Dimensional Elements On Target, Boys at Play Stamp Set,Olive Ink Pad, Sponge Tool,Liquid glass, D1418 Alphabet stamp set that was part of the felicity Collection, Save The Date stamp set.

A spring card.... With Veranda Paper-CTMH

I came across this challenge: Scraptivity Spring Fling Challenge.

This is the card I entered.
All Products are Close To My Heart. ( Except: Staples, Copic Marker used on the bird, and the Sparkles used on the butterfly)

The Products I used: Creative Basics Veranda Collection ( X5809)-The ribbon is from the Collection too., Cocoa Cardstock ( X5642), Creme Brulee Cardstock (X5754),Colonial White Cardstock (1388), Just Blooms Paper Flower Spring Collection (Z1266)-the cute little butterfly is from the collection as well as the flower she is sitting on., Liquid Glass (z679), Love Birds Stamp Set ( C1396), Chocolate Stamp Pad (Z2111).

PS: I have been spending a lot of time outside with the kids since the weather has been sooooo so beautiful! Enjoy this great weather...Spring is in the air! :)

It's a Zoo card

I love this little monkey- He is from "It's a Zoo " Stamp set from CTMH.

I mixed the Grown with Love Stamp Set and It's a Zoo Stamp set to create this card. I also used: Brown Bag Cardstock, White Daisy Cardstock, Chocolate Stamp Pad,Sweet Leaf Stamp Pad,Topiary Stamp Pad, Hemp ( to hang the little monkey), Liquid Glass ( on the monkey's belly) All products used are CTMH ( except the banana stickers ).


Hopefully it is not going to be a zoo at my house today!

We will meet once a month.
